Took the dogs out in a downpour and the neoprene had zero soak-through, just wiped clean with a towel. The multi-layer foam padding makes the back seats feel plusher than the factory fabric, honestly.

Installed these on my Bronco last weekend and the multi-layered foam padding makes a noticeable difference in comfort for my passengers. The neoprene outer layer hasn't soaked through after a muddy trail ride, so water resistance is legit.

The neoprene material breathes well even on warmer days, and the install was surprisingly simple with the included straps. My only small nitpick is that the seat belt buckles are a bit harder to click in now, but the coverage and protection are solid.
